Thanks to Social media I got connected to Meenu Agarwal 8 years back in Singapore. She helped me loose 8 kgs. In 2019 , But gained again gradually thanks to lock down and later due to hectic travel for work.

I started my nutrition journey with Food and Wellness in July 2024 with Meenu, who created a personalized plan after understanding my food, exercise, and sleep habits. The daily follow-ups with Sanjana were a very important part—that’s where real habit changes happened. Despite the challenges of menopause, I achieved a sustainable weight loss of 6 kgs and, more importantly, long-term healthy habits.
