This creamy, protein packed blueberry smoothie is scented with warm cinnamon and fragrant vanilla. Ideal for breakfast or as a post workout snack. Ingredients
Banana – 1 riped
Mixed berries – 1 cup
Almond Milk – 1 cup
Vanilla Extract – 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
Pumpkin seeds – 1 tsp
Ice cubes – 2-3 cubes
Instructions
Place all the above listed ingredients in a high speed blender / mixer and puree until smooth. Add ice to reach the desired consistency and enjoy healthy smoothie.
