Broccoli – 1 cup florets (90g)

Almonds – 7-8 (soaked & peeled)

Garlic – 1 clove (optional)

Onion – 1 tbsp chopped

Water – 1 cup

Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions

Lightly sauté chopped onion and garlic in olive oil for 1–2 minutes.
