Green Goddess Salad is a quick , vibrant, crunchy, and creamy dish packed with fresh herbs and vegetables. A very easy and tasty way to include green veggies in your diet.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 chopped avocado
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 cup spinach chopped
- 1 bulb chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp of chopped basil leaves
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vegan alternative)
- Minced garlic 2 cloves
- lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all the listed ingredients one by one.
- Stir well and enjoy
Notes
- You can use different greens like lettuce, methi leaves, kale.
- Can make it high in proteins by adding different protein food sources like chicken, tofu, paneer, tempeh, sprouts, cooked lentils, eggs.
