Silken tofu, a versatile and protein-rich ingredient, forms the creamy base of this dessert, while sugar-free dark chocolate adds richness and depth of flavor. The mousse is simple to prepare, requiring only minimal ingredients and a quick blend in the food processor. Once chilled, it transforms into a velvety smooth texture that satisfies chocolate cravings without the guilt.
