Description

Indulge in a guilt-free treat with this two-ingredient high-protein low-carb tofu mousse. Silken tofu, a versatile and protein-rich ingredient, forms the creamy base of this dessert, while sugar-free dark chocolate adds richness and depth of flavor. The mousse is simple to prepare, requiring only minimal ingredients and a quick blend in the food processor. Once chilled, it transforms into a velvety smooth texture that satisfies chocolate cravings without the guilt. Enjoy it as a dessert or snack, knowing that you’re nourishing your body with protein while keeping carbs in check

Ingredients

3. Combine Ingredients:
– Add the melted chocolate to the blender with the tofu. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

– Transfer the mousse into individual serving dishes or one large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set and chilled.

5. Serve:
– Serve chilled and enjoy your two-ingredient high-protein low-carb tofu mousse!
