Ingredients

  • 1 fish fillet (e.g., cod, tilapia, or any white fish)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp fresh parsley (chopped)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 lemon slice for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  • Place the fish fillet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

  • Pour the lemon herb mixture over the fish, making sure it’s well-coated.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  • Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve hot.
