Description

The mixed vegetable chicken kebabs are high in protein, low in carbohydrates, and packed with essential vitamins and minerals from the vegetables. They make a nutritious and satisfying meal or snack option.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g ground chicken breast
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, carrots), finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat a tawa (flat griddle) over medium-high heat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, mixed vegetables, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a kebab shape.
  • Brush the tawa with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Place the shaped kebabs directly onto the greased tawa.
  • Cook the kebabs for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a golden brown color. Flip them carefully using a spatula to ensure even cooking.
  • Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the tawa and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
