Ingredients
- Leftover cooked rice (about 2-3 tablespoons)
- Water (enough to soak the rice)
- A mud pot or clay pot (optional, for traditional fermentation)

- Prepare the rice:
- Take 2-3 tablespoons of leftover cooked and cooled rice.
- Ensure the rice is not too hot; it should be at room temperature.
- Soak the rice:
- Place the rice in a mud pot (or any small bowl or jar).
- Add enough water to soak the rice completely.
- Cover and let it ferment:
- Cover the pot or bowl with a lid or cloth.
- Leave it to soak and ferment overnight at room temperature.
- Fermentation:
- By the following morning, the rice will have fermented, creating a probiotic-rich drink.
- Consume:
- In the morning, take 2 tablespoons of the fermented rice along with the water.
- Drink it on an empty stomach for best results.
Portions & Usage:
- Consume 2 tablespoons of the fermented rice mixture each morning.
