Description

Soya Spinach Cutlets are a delightful and nutritious Indian snack that combines the rich protein content of soya granules with the iron-rich goodness of spinach. These cutlets are seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices, offering a flavorful experience that’s both healthy and satisfying. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, they’re perfect as an appetizer, tea-time snack, or even as a nutritious addition to lunchboxes. Their versatility and health benefits make them a favorite among both kids and adults.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup soya granules (soaked and squeezed)
  • 1 cup spinach (finely chopped)
  • 1 medium boiled potato (mashed) (or ¼ cup mashed sweet potato for a lower-carb option)
  • ¼ cup besan (gram flour) or sattu (roasted gram flour)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 green chili (finely chopped) (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp cumin powder

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder (optional)
