Description

Watermelon mint lemonade is a refreshing summer beverage that combines the sweet flavor of watermelon with the tanginess of lemon and the coolness of mint. Watermelon mint lemonade is a healthy and delicious way to stay cool during the summer months. Watermelon is a good source of vitamin C, while lemons are packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. Ingredients

  • 4 cups of chopped watermelon (seeds removed)
  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
  • 4 cups of water

Instructions

  • In a blender, puree the chopped watermelon until it becomes smooth.
  • In a pitcher, mix together the watermelon juice, lemon juice, mint leaves and water.
  • Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of lemon.
