Description

Ingredients

  • Watermelon cubes – 1 cup (150–180g)
  • Fresh mint leaves – 6–8 (finely chopped)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder – ¼ tsp
  • Black salt – a pinch
  • Chaat masala – a pinch (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add fresh watermelon cubes to a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle chopped mint leaves on top.
  3. Add lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, and black salt.
  4. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately, chilled for best taste.
