While I had always played sport, over the years, constant travel, stress, eating out and a sweet tooth had resulted in weight steadily going up and related health issues cropping up. Once I hit 50, the realization kicked in that if I didn’t do something now, it might well be too late afterwards.
Going to Meenu and agreeing on a lifestyle change journey with her, was one of the best decisions I took.

I discontinued my diabetic medicine after seeing HBA1C at 5.2, and also BP medications, was beyond imagination this about a year back. Thank you so much Meenu for this transformation which was impossible without your guidance and support.

This journey started in February 2019 with the realization that I need to do something about my health or start paying huge sums of hard earned money on medical insurance, medicines and sign up for many self-created complications.

Post-partum weight loss
I was working out and controlling my diet after my delivery but it didn’t seem to work. Meenu was referred to me by a friend and I am glad that I reached out to her.
I lost 8 kilos after following Meenu’s diet and work out plan. The plan was very comfortable to start with and it gradually led to a lifestyle change which accelerated within few months. Meenu is very accommodating and flexible with all likes and dislikes when it comes to food and that is the “winning” formula. You will never be forced to eat something you hate. Dream come true!
It has been 6yrs that i have tried multiple diets, weight loss programs, yoga, etc in the hopes of losing weight. However, the results have always been short term. Exercising without proper diet took me nowhere. Finally i gave up on weight loss efforts, until a health scare one day made me realise the importance of weight control. That is when my sister suggested to contact Meenu as she and i both were in Singapore. I have always wanted a nutritionist i can connect to in person. Meeting Meenu itself gave me an assurance that i am in the right hands!
